The Story Behind Blue Vineyard Audio

The Story of Blue Vineyard Audio: Turning Passion into Purpose

As the founder of Blue Vineyard Audio, I’ve often been asked how the journey began. It wasn’t a straightforward path—there were many twists, divine moments, and life changes that shaped this organisation into what it is today. And through it all, my mission remained the same: creating powerful audio content that resonates with the Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) community.

In 2024, Blue Vineyard Audio was born out of both necessity and passion. After years of working in various fields—from studying Audio Engineering and Carpentry in New Zealand, to Pastoral Evangelism in the States, then serving as a missionary in Zimbabwe—I found myself in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, facing a unique set of challenges. Work permits in the country limited my ability to serve in traditional ministry, but that restriction opened the door for me to refocus on my passion for audio engineering.

Blue Vineyard Audio started from my home studio, with a mission to deliver exceptional podcast production services. But, the inspiration for this agency goes back further. While working as a missionary, I co-produced a podcast with Shanna Duke, who would later become one of the co-founders of Blue Vineyard. It was through that experience, and a series of providential events, that I realized there was an underserved need for Adventist ministries to have access to high-quality podcast production services.

Fast forward to early 2024, I reached out to Luke, another co-founder, for feedback on a small freelance business I had launched called Bridgepoint Audio. That conversation became a partnership, leading to the official launch of Blue Vineyard Audio—a dedicated podcast production agency for the Adventist digital ecosystem.

Our Vision and Mission: Exceptional Podcast Production for Adventist Ministries
