Our Story

Blue Vineyard was born from a simple conviction: the people carrying the good news deserve the best tools available to share it.

In 2021, our founder was given the opportunity to take on an ambitious web project for the Adventist Church. He gathered a team of specialists who were passionate both about mission and technology, and Blue Vineyard was born. From that first project to a growing family of products serving the ecosystem, one goal has stayed constant: to equip Adventist organizations to fulfill their mission through tailored technology.

The name tells the story. “Blue” points to blue ocean thinking, a space of real opportunity where few are laboring. “Vineyard” points to John 15 and the biblical picture of gospel work: planted by God, dependent on the Vine for life, and expected to produce something to bless others. We are co-laborers in that vineyard, and technology is our field.

2021 – First Steps

The founding partners gathered to work together on a large development project for the Adventist Review it was challenging, but exhilarating.

2022 – Blue Vineyard Begins

As a result of working with The Review the team developed a vision of what the Adventist ecosystem could be and Blue Vineyard was born.

2023 – First Product Rollout

Our first software product is launched to handle event registration for camp meetings.

2024 – Rapid Growth

As more opportunities came to us we needed to grow rapidly. This meant moving from a team of seven to a team of 14 in the space of one year.

2025 – Growing up

We brought on new partners and the focus shifted to include scalable platforms like ElevatED Education Software and other tools designed to serve churches, schools, and communities.

Today & Beyond

Now the mission continues. With a deep commitment building up the Adventist digital ecosystem, we’re building tools and telling stories that help others discover truth, grow in faith, and make a global impact.

100% Missional

Built for ministry. Available to all.

Blue Vineyard is committed to the global Adventist community. We provide the technology, communication, and digital solutions that help conferences, ministries, schools, healthcare organizations, and nonprofits fulfill their mission more effectively.

We understand the unique realities of Adventist organizations: distributed structures, volunteer-powered teams, tight budgets stewarded carefully, and a message that cannot wait. That understanding shapes everything we build.

And because we’re embedded in this ecosystem, nothing we learn stays locked in one project. Every organization we partner with teaches us something new. We capture those learnings, refine our thinking, and cultivate those insights for the whole mission ecosystem, from education to healthcare, from ministry to nonprofit. When you work with Blue Vineyard, you benefit from everything we’ve already built for organizations like yours.

Why We Exist

We equip Adventist organizations to fulfill their mission through tailored technology

Equip

Because the mission belongs to you. Our job is to make sure you’re never held back by tools that weren’t built for your calling.

Adventist organizations

Because this is our home. We share your identity, your mission, and your hope. We understand how conferences, ministries, schools, and institutions actually work, because we live in the same world you do.

Tailored technology

Because out-of-the-box rarely fits the work of the gospel. We build solutions shaped to your real needs, and because this is our specialty we can bring all of those compounded insights to every project in the vineyard.
Our Vision

The future we’re helping create

To see every mission-driven organization fully empowered by technology for maximum impact.

Our mission starts at home, with the Adventist organizations we know and serve. Our vision reaches wider. We believe no organization doing work that matters should be held back by technology that doesn’t fit its calling, its people, or its budget.

Fully empowered means technology that multiplies effort instead of consuming it: systems that fit the work, tools teams actually enjoy using, and digital foundations that free people to focus on the mission itself. Every project we take on, every product we build, and every insight we share brings that future a little closer.

Our Values

How We Choose To
Work, Every Day

Relationships

The people we work with matter more to us than the projects we work on. Revenue matters because it keeps us here to serve, but it is the fruit of healthy relationships, not the reason we build them.

Candour

Working with us means hearing honest feedback, including the parts that are uncomfortable but necessary for reaching your goals. We aim to say the hard things early and kindly, so we can course-correct together.

Commitment

A vineyard isn’t planted for a single harvest. It’s tended patiently, season after season, and its best fruit comes with age. That’s how we approach our work. We are building a business sustainable enough to still be standing beside our clients years from now, tending what we planted together.

Trust

We run on trust. Inside our team, that looks like freedom, flexibility, and good faith. With our clients, it means transparency about our thinking, our pricing, and our constraints. We assume the best of the people we work with.

Excellence

We believe “good enough” is the enemy of greatness. The path to excellence isn’t intensity; it is the discipline of consistent, intentional improvement over long periods of time.

Our Team

People and Culture

Blue Vineyard is a multidisciplinary team of specialists, many of them entrepreneurs in their own right, spread across North America, Australia, Europe, and the Pacific. What unites us isn’t geography. It’s a shared faith, a global family, and the conviction that our best work belongs to the mission.

We are unapologetically hardworking, because we believe in the work we do and the organizations we do it for. We bring curiosity to every problem, generosity to every partnership, and craftsmanship to everything we ship.
